Shipping & Return Policy
All products are expected to ship within five (5) business days of order. Due to possible supply chain challenges with aluminum, delivery dates are estimates only. If your delivery date is critical, please contact us before placing your order.
All signs are made-to-order and cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt. The issue/defect must be brought to the attention of the Outdoor Sign Company within five (5) business days of delivery, and a resolution agreed upon. Any damaged item will be exchanged for identical item. Issues can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Issues of manufacturing defects must be accompanied by at least three digital photos. Issues of shipping damage must be accompanied by at least three (3) digital photos of the product and two (2) digital photos of the packaging.
Please be aware that porch theft is a problem worldwide. The Outdoor Sign Company is not responsible for packages that go missing after being tracked as “delivered” to a customer. Missing deliveries qualify as a home/office theft issue; local authorities should be notified. Customers that have concerns about their delivery area and/or want additional assurance of delivery, should select "signature confirmation" from the shipping options during checkout (an added cost). Tracked packages that show delivery through the service provider will not be replaced by The Outdoor Sign Company for free.
